Hey all. I'm a 43 year old mother of five. (with ages ranging from 7 to 15) I'm 20 pounds down working towards a hundred pound total loss. I enjoy bike riding (working on my endurance and increasing my times and distance), yoga, pilates, walking, weight bearing toning, and other low impact exercises. I'm trying to focus on a lifestyle changes both in eating and exercising.

I'm pretty good at supporting others and enjoy chatty people that openly share ideas.
