•use app to trac calorie intake/burn
and to monitor fat and carb intake
•most dramatic experience in weight loss was doing The Bad Atkins Diet (175-125)-little to no exercise; needles to say, no muscle mass either. Yep, it ALL came back, and harder to lose second go round because Atkins doesn't work on a second go round if you waiver from the lifestyle- at least it didn't work for me again (hospitalized)!
•Next best experience has been a weight lifting/ cardio regimine and monitoring calorie intake/ burn with MFP. Weight maintained with muscle mass to show.
