Hey everyone! I started my weight loss journey in October 2015. I've cracked down on my eating habits, began boxing regularly 3-4 times a week and started making an effort to not sit down all the time. MFP has been a huge help! I'm 6'2'' and at my highest weight I was pushing 280lbs. I'm currently at 234lbs. Seeing the results each day pushes me to keep meeting my goals. If you ever need motivation, I'm your guy!
