Roasted Mushrooms

Just made these and they are AMAZING!! I just had to share.
I don't believe this particular recipe would handle a large reduction in butter well. I reduced the amount to 20 grams (instead of 28) for 2 servings and when they were done there was barely a glaze so I can't imagine less butter would work. It doesn't matter though, it's still low in calories (200 calories for 2 servings) and it goes really well with salmon. As a plus, all that saturated fat helps absorb the omega 3 in salmon.

Thanks for sharing! I love mushrooms and can't wait to try this. I'm having salmon and green beans tonight, will probably add this as well
