Hi MFP

I am starting this weight loss journey. Began in January 2016. I weigh 90kg, 25 years old, 5,11 cm & I eat 2000 calories a day. Am I doing it wrong or right.

Not losing weight.Just started eating 2000 calories now so my body is still catching up on eating 2000.

Is that the number that MFP told you to eat after you put your stats into their calculator?

Are you measuring your 2000 calories accurately, i.e., with a food scale?

Yes, the number that MFP told me. Yes,measuring 2000 calories accurately as possible.

So give it some time eating this way and see what happens. If you've lost weight in 4-6 weeks, then yes, you're doing it right. If nothing has changed or you have gained in 4-6 weeks, then you probably need to re-evaluate.
