Ultimate Reset Results

I just completed the BeachBody Ultimate Reset. I lost 11.5# and over 9 inches. Most importantly I feel fantastic, and I have a new appreciation for eating healthy foods to fuel my body instead of out of boredom or stress.

Now back to exercising because I have more work to do!
