Hey all! I'm Bree. I used to use mfp a while ago. Well since then I've been trying to learn more about nutrition and hopefully get into a degree program to study it. But I've also recently been diagnosed with clinical depression after hitting an episode that's going on its 3rd month now I think. I've been using some other apps too to help understand my moods but I like this one for keeping track of my fitness level and eating patterns. So I figured I'd hop back on and hopefully be able to put more focus on my recovery so that I can still accomplish my goals, even if they happen a little later than expected.
