My name is Carmen and I am 33 years old. I am a busy single mum of three and I am in my first year towards foundation degree in early childhood studies.
After a long time I have decided it is time to get back in shape. Looking in the mirror when getting dressed for a night out is just not that much fun....and neither is finding something to wear that I don't think I look like a sausage in.
So back to putting YourShape on the Kinect and thinking about what I eat when ( my love for food just doesn't help).
