I'm lucky. I train while my son is at boxing practice five nights a week. I don't have to think about when to go. Because if I have to choose between the gym or watching kids punch on a heavy bag and skip rope for 1.5 hours...off to the gym I go! :)

ETA: I feel like I should add... I worked out on my lunch break for years (when son was smaller). Yoga and jogging mostly. That worked very well, too.

I do a mix of both. Mornings are for classes and evenings are weight training plus some classes.

Mostly after, on the way home from work. Sometimes I do mornings depending on my schedule but I prefer evenings.

A mix of before work, right after, evenings, and weekend mornings.

Before! Some nights after, but I prefer before. I always train with my trainer after on Tuesdays and Thursdays though, so I get two-a-day.

Before! My husband and I have a standing 5:30am gym date--we go and do our separate workouts, then grab coffee together on the way home. I actually find it easier to stick to my food goals for the rest of the day when I work out first thing in the morning. It's like I don't want to "waste" the work I did that day. (Yes, I know it doesn't really work like that. But whatever I can do to convince myself that eating all the break room cupcakes is a bad idea, is a win!)

After for me. I somehow have the power to drive to the gym every day after work instead of home. But, I am not a morning person, and just don't want to get up in the mornings.

I wish I could to lunch breaks, but I am SO SWEATY that I would end up having to do hair/makeup for work all over again.

Lunch for me. I'm lucky that we have a small onsite gym.

Lunch for me as well. Fortunate that my job has an onsite gym with classes and trainers. I've tried going after work but 9/10 times I'd just want to go home.

I like to train before work, but I work out after.
I can't wake up early enough.
If I could, I prefer in the morning.

I lift during my lunch hour (and a halfish) because it's the only time I have available. It's on my calendar, scheduled like a meeting, and I will decline anything that interferes with my twice a week date with myself.

Other days I walk when I have time, but it's whenever I can get away.

After, although I am trying to train myself to do some morning workouts instead to see how I like it.

After work during the weekdays, and first thing in the morning on Saturday. This is because I lift at home with my wife and she isn't up when I leave in the morning.
