Hello!
So, I've finally got my eating sorted, and I've even joined a gym, however I don't always have the time to go! I work 12.5hour shifts, nights and days and feel that a high intensity fitness DVD would be good on those days I cant get to the gym or just don't feel like leaving the house!
Ive had a browse on the internet, and there are loads of fitness dvds all with mixed reviews! I feel that the high intensity, short burst, style exercise would make me more likely to do this!
So any DVD reccommendations?! any to completely avoid?
I see Davina has another one out! Loads of people have the "30 minute exercise" type thing which is what im after (doesn't have to be exactly 30 minutes!!!)
Also, I have no exercise equipment at home so the DVDs that don't require any additional equipment is ideal!
Thanks everyone for suggestions (in advance!)

I second the Julian Michael 30 day shred. It's a great supplemental workout when you can't make it to the gym.0

Collagevideo & TotalFitnessDVDs give video clips & reviews for hundreds of workout DVDs. You will get information on impact level, fitness level, equipment required, etc.
These sites are always my first stop to help sort things out.
30 Day Shred won't matter if you are doing 30 consecutive days or not - high impact cardio (jumping jacks) squats, and light dumbbells, push ups, etc. No way could I stand Jillian for 30 consecutive days. Try the freebie on YouTube first...get a feel.
There is so much on YouTube - look for Fitness Blender
I like Kelly Coffey Meyer DVDs - her 30 Minutes to Fitness Series has tons of options. Each DVD has 2 - 30 minute workouts plus lots of premixes to keep it fresh.

I have had a lot of success with the workouts from the 21 Day Fix - 7 workouts (1 per day) - each day changes the workout (Full Body Cardio with weights, Upper, Lower, Pilates, Cardio, Dirty 30 mix, Yoga). I've had the most success with that one so far. They are not cheap from Beachbody but for me it has been worth it...0
