Trying to lose last 5 pounds

Hello all,

I've been using myFitnessPal for a few years now and I really love it, especially with the new features that makes it so easy to enter the foods you typically eat in a day. I am stuck on the last-5-pound plateau and wanted to just reach out to see if anybody else was stuck and how they got over that hump.

    Hello! Currently in the same boat... however I'm getting closer.

    My opinion is to keep doing what you're doing if it's been working for you so far. I also suggest changing up your workout routine or possibly add another workout day. The small things you add and stick consistent with will only compound! :)

    I'm just re-starting to reuse this app again but when I was doing well I managed to lose 30 pounds and when I hit my Plateau I started a low carb/no carb diet that helped me start losing weight again I hope this helps
