I have no idea how much I've lost because I don't weigh in but I noticed my body has been looking the same lately and I'm seeing no changes anymore . I'm becoming very depressed over this because I workout daily 1-2hrs and still I see nothing . I still wear the same size in everything . I don't know what to do guys .

    Weight loss isn't linear.

    Weight loss happens in the kitchen, not the gym. Exercise is great but you need to eat fewer calories than your body uses.

    Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Changes happen slowly.

    Change what your eating
    Change exercise
    Have a cheat day
    Weigh and measure everything

    If nothing happens see your doctor for a blood test cab be hormonal

    How do you know you're not losing weight if you don't weigh yourself at least weekly and do body measurements every 2-4 weeks? You can't see progress if you aren't weighing yourself. I still wear the same size in all my clothes and I have lost nearly 14 pounds. You didn't gain weight in a day and you won't lose in a day.
