At least 25lbs to lose

I am 47, have at least 25 lbs to lose and need extreme help! I sit at a computer all day. I try to get steps in every day but sometimes stuck in meetings. I am only getting myself to the gym 2-3 days a week. Too many excuses....tired, drained, whatever. I can make an excuse over about anything. I am not good at it but I like to run, when I have energy to do it. Stress is my middle name.

I get on the bandwagon then by Friday night I am starved. Weekends are torchure and basically gain back anything I may have lost during the week. Revolving door same poundage. Absolutely no willpower, stress eater... I need help. I have to get out of this cycle before I have 50 lbs to lose. I've tried every diet under the sun. I get to where I watch my eating so close but then don't get enough calories in. Then a few days catch up and I'm starving.

I just need help, motivation, attitude adjustment... Anyone out there will to help me out of my funk?
