Good forums for biking/cyclists?

Hi all, I'm a little off topic here, but can any bicyclists recommend any good forms just for bicycling? I've found a a couple at cyclingforums.com, bicycling.com and bikeradar.com, but all seem largely geared toward long-time serious bikers. Any suggestions for someone fairly new? Thanks.
