I'm starving! I hope this app got my calories right because I'm going to bed hungry.

Sort of difficult to say with the information you gave, or in this case didn't give us. Remember the accuracy of your calorie goal is only as good as the information you provided Myfitnesspal. Having said that, what you eat can greatly influence how full you feel. Protein, fat, and fiber (veggies) will fill up a person far more than many other foods.

How many calorie? You should not be starving especially if you are getting plenty protein and vegetables and fruit!

Make sure you're weight loss goal isn't set too aggressively.
Maybe set the loss for 1/2 lb/week for a couple of weeks, then increase to 1 lb/wk. It'll help you get used to weighing and logging food and the routine of that.

Try making wraps with LaTortilla factory bread brand. Only has 100 calories each. Also, if you like sugar free Jell-O those only have 10 calories per one serving and will fill you up. Good luck!

I was pretty hungry the first week or so, but it was surprising how fast my stomach shrank up. That was 40 lbs. ago! Stick with it, and find some things like salad that can keep you filled up until you adjust, so you don't get discouraged and uncomfortable. Good luck!
