You want to loose weigh ?????

I Tried for years do loose weigh at the some time gain muscle . I was doing wrong in my diet. I crazy eating veggies and fruits and I dint realize how much sugar they have LOL. Currently my diet is based in protein , low carb and finally Im seen the results . I never was overweight for many years my weight is 122, Im 46 years and 5.0 feet . Im crazy runner and hunger all the time . :)
