I know this is probably a weird thing to be happy about...but anyway... I've been overweight for a long while, and have worn really tight undershirts under everything...but they're looser now, and when it brushed against my skin today I thought it was a bug! It was just my loosely fitting shirt! :)

Also, though they're still fairly tight and I would never wear them in public yet...I can button and zip a pair of pants two sizes smaller than I could a month ago!! :)

    That's wonderful. For me, it began with loose under panties. These are special moments, when we realize that our choices are making a definite difference in our bodies. Good for you, Sis.

    Oh my goodness, yes! The loose panties! Haha! I didn't even think to add that! And I can't buy new ones because the only store I could get them at (I live on a small military base in northern Japan) doesn't have my size. By the time they ship here, they'd probably be too big as well!

    That's fabulous! I just noticed that the seat of my swimsuit, which was killer tight a month ago is baggy.

    In April I bought new clothes for vacation. By the time we went the pants were no longer tight. The pants I thought I could were comfortably all summer are not loose enough to have a problem keeping up.
