Fun with HR sensor

So I wore my optical HR sensor last night just out of curiosity. I was mainly curious on how often I wake up. The app I was using also came back with a calorie estimate: 233 cal for 9 hours of sleep. This would give me a BMR of 621 comatose calories over 24 hours
In case you're wondering: yes, I have a good estimate of my rather high HRmax and added it to the app, and my HR is very low over night. Still I think this is a cute little number. Made me chuckle.

I'm just jealous of your ability to get 9 hours sleep on a week night!!!0

Why can't you? I work from 8:45-17:00, commute a total of 12 minutes home, eat, sport, watch tv or do things I like. Light off at 22:30, wake up at 7:30, rinse and repeat. Groceries are easily and quickly done during the weekend if you know what you need, or in 5 minutes on the way home if we forgot something.0

I find life gets a bit more interesting/less organised when you throw kids into the mix!
