Losing the loser

Hi my name is Nicky, and at the beginning of April'13 I made the best decision ever and that is to get my old self back and lose the loser. There was times that I felt that I cannot go out and have fun with my friends because I was to self-conscious. It also affected my relationship with my husband. I lost 14.8kg so far in 3 months and feel good. I still need to lose 22 kg and hope that I can continue on this path, but found it harder to eat clean over weekends.
I would love to here what others been doing to keep the diets going and to stay motivated.
