Keep going over on my sugar

Options
Doing really well overall on all food categories except for Sugar. Most of my Sugar is coming from fresh fruits (berries/apples) so I am not all that concerned. I do have a few foods I can cut-out so all I can do is keep calm & carry on... :)

    Looks like you opened and closed your own discussion. I don't keep track of sugar, I track fibre instead.

    Right. Sugar does not matter for most people.

    I don't worry about the sugar that comes from fruit, veggies, and dairy, and don't eat a lot of added sugar, so track fiber instead.
