This is a tough question to answer without knowing more about your goals and likes and such.
When I pack my lunch it's usually a sandwich (I often use sandwich thins, pita bread, or wraps to lower the calories, but bread is fine unless you have a medical need or preference to cut it out). My sandwiches are anything from chicken from the deli with cheese and horseradish, egg or tuna salad (I make mine with laughing cow cheese instead of mayo), or hummus and cheddar, pastrami and mustard, or whatever else I have on hand. I add baby carrots, an ounce of nuts (cashews this week since they were on sale), and a string cheese. Sometimes I'll add a hardboiled egg or a kiwi or clementine.
You could have leftovers from dinner. A big salad. A sandwich. Stir fry. Fajitas. Homemade Chinese food. Tacos. Ravioli. Literally anything you like that fits into your calorie/nutrition goals.

Since I cook a healthy dinner most nights, I usually have leftovers for lunch the next day.0

An easy meal for lunch that I like is salad, especially if you are busy. Use a ziplock gallon bag and add 3 cups of spinach (any salad mix), 1 cup of cole slaw mix bag, 1/2 cup of blueberries (any fruit). Have grilled chicken breasts, turkey or any meat prepared for the week in advance (or buy premade). Throw in how many ounces you want. Use your favorite dressing. Mine is Trader Joes new Sweet Onion Bacon dressing currently. Pour it in and shake it up. I find its easy to change this up with different dressings, meats and fruits. It is easy to prepare for the week and take it on the go.0

More often than not, I do a big salad for lunch. It's usually a mixture of greens like arugula, spinach, and kale, along with a protein like chicken or shrimp, plus an egg, I love mushrooms, onions, and broccoli, and then I'll do a homemade Balsamic dressing with evoo to help my body absorb the nutrients better. I cook my meat at the beginning of the week along with chopping all the veggies as necessary, so it's super easy to throw together.
I'll also do leftovers for lunch a lot.0 -
Cool thank you ! Sounds good think I'll try doing this0
