I weigh every weekday morning (not on weekends because I'm up a lot earlier). As long as you're aware that your weight constantly fluctuates and it isn't a hinderance to your mood to see the scale rise, then there's nothing wrong with weighing daily.0

Yes I do.0

I weigh myself most days. Scale is dead right now and waiting for a new battery. Curious to see my weight after not weighing for 9 days.0

Ok thanks! Yesterday I was happy with the scale, today I gained 1 lb or so0

nope, not after first couple weeks of doing so. my weight was fluctuating from day to day too much for me to keep doing so.
i started weighing myself once a week and only officially log my weight arounfvthe third week of every month which is my most accurate weight time (a week after woman thing).0 -
I weigh most weekdays, and record my weight once per week, usually Wednesday or Thursday. Daily fluctuations don't bother me, I just prefer to weigh daily to keep myself on track and to monitor trending weight depending on the time of the month.0

I weigh daily and keep track of it on Monitor Your Weight app.0

If you can understand and accept that your weight is going to fluctuate, sometimes by several pounds, from day to day, yes.
If seeing your weight fluctuate is going to freak you out and send you into anxiety attacks, no.0
