Frustrated

Im a little frustrated i have been eating healthy and staying under my calorie goal. I always weigh myself first thing in the morning i havent lost or gained any weight Idk what is going on and im almost 3 weeks in. But my clothes feel looser but im not seeing a difference on the scale.

    What does "eating healthy" mean to you? Unless it means eating at a deficit, it won't help you one weight. Do you measure and weigh everything, or do you estimate?

    How much are you looking to drop?
    How accurately are you measuring and weighing your food
    How much extra activity have you added to your daily lifestyle.
