Im a little frustrated i have been eating healthy and staying under my calorie goal. I always weigh myself first thing in the morning i havent lost or gained any weight Idk what is going on and im almost 3 weeks in. But my clothes feel looser but im not seeing a difference on the scale.

What does "eating healthy" mean to you? Unless it means eating at a deficit, it won't help you one weight. Do you measure and weigh everything, or do you estimate?0
