evening eating

forgot to mention in my last post, I have the most trouble with eating at night. I can eat properly through the day, getting enough protein etc....but seems like from after dinner until bed all I want to do is snack, I try to keep busy but the weather isn't very good right now and makes me just want to stay inside ...any one have any tips? thx!

    Do a search for "say no to late night snacking" it doesn't look like the thread is active now, but you can find tons of tips on the old thread.

    A couple of things that help me.
    1. Pre-logged and the TRY to stick to it.
    2. Drinking lots of water or tea
    3. Brushing my teeth
    4. Just going to bed early, sometimes I take a cup of herb tea with me.

    Make enough room for calories in the evening or take up knitting
