I have a thyroid problem so losing weight is very hard. Also i have a gall bladder problem so i am suppose to stay away from all raw veggies so that makes it even harder. My doctor says i need to lose about 100 lbs since i am only 5' tall. My first goal is to lose about 35lbs. Then set a new goal from there.

Smaller goals during a large weight loss kept me sane and moving toward the 'big' goal. You've got this! Welcome to the community! :flowerforyou:0
