CAU - Can't find NV's anywhere. Can anyone help?

I've just ordered what appears to be a really healthy salad for lunch from CAU but I can't find NV's anywhere. Anyone got a clue where I should start? I've ordered a hot smoked salmon salad.

    I'm going to assume that NV is Nutritional Value. Google tells me that CAU is a restaurant chain.

    CAU Restaurants
    Hot-smoked salmon salad,

    SMALL £7.25 / BIG £10.95

    Flaked salmon with pickled beetroot, celery and cherry tomatoes with fresh horseradish, mustard and crème fraiche dressing.

    You could take those individual ingredients and best-guess how much of each was in the dish.
