    Also OP, can you share your stats with us? Age, Height, Current Weight, Goal Weight, and What Rate of Loss did you choose?

    Also what kind of exercise do you typically do? MFP has exercise burn estimates for many common types of activity in the database when you log them, however many estimates are inflated so people usually recommend eating back only a portion of those calories. Other people use the estimates from cardio equipment at the gym, others use Heart Rate Monitors or activity trackers to estimate and enter those numbers.

    I do HIIT,Kickboxing,Cardio

    And your stats, and what activity level did you choose when you set up MFP? What calorie target did MFP give you? You said up thread something like 2400, but was that the every day goal or was that after you had entered exercise?
