Free 90 Day Workout on YouTube; Want to do it?

I just came across this and thought it was so cool I wanted to share. :)
It's a YouTube channel called "BeFitin90" that has a workout playlist each day for 90 days like all of those expensive programs except it's free! It's a little hard to navigate because it's a playlist of a few 5-10 minute videos, not one straight video. Also, after the first few days it may be hard to find the day we're on (you have to click on "playlists" and then look for the day number in the list of 90), but hey, can't beat the price!

What do you guys think, could this program be worth doing?


Oh, and apparently, their affiliated site "BeFit" has a bunch of random workouts and famous trainers for free too. :)

    I is Befit for the Jillian Michaels workouts :) x If you do 30 day shred you wont have to navigate through the different videos, search the topics on here for the results of doing 30DS, they are impressive xx

    What do you guys think, could this program be worth doing?

    I lost 8lbs doing Hasfit (also free) and 3lbs doing BeFit in 90.
    I now have cut the BeFit in 90 program in half and do it in 6 weeks instead of 90 days to mix things up. I really like Sam and Garrett.
    I have been a bad girl eating candy when I shouldn't.
    I'm going to start back doing HASfit this week.
    There are other BeFit workouts like Billy Blanks Jr, BeFit in 30, BeFit Abs, BeFit Butt Lift, etc.

    @snugglesnax- I've heard really good things about 30 Day Shred, but finding a free workout is important to me, especially if the results are similar. Lately I've had extra time to workout, but less money to afford it! :embarassed:

    @pcdoctor- Where do you find HASfit? I'd really like to check it out! :smile:
