I've tried to lose weight at uni several times but have found that each time I have reached my goal and then regained the weight, this time I'm hoping I will be able to keep the weight off! I've found losing weight at uni pretty challenging, especially this year when I live in catered halls and withe have to eat their food or buy ready meals as I don't have a kitchen. Does anyone have experience losing weight at uni or advice how to keep my weight down once I reach my goal?

I remember those days! It's tough, but there are healthy choices. And working out 5-6 days a week helps you get there. Add me and I'll cheer you on!0
