Question on Aminocore by allmax

So I'm no stranger to understanding weightloss and workouts, however I've neglected myself for 5 years while working over seas and gained 65 lbs of awesome fat! Joking

My question is , i was given 3 free tubs of Aminocore by allmax from a friend and since free I took it however I'm not sure it's good for losing weight but I know muscle breakdown happens in all people while dieting for weightloss.

Do i benifits in anyway from this product or am I doing myself negatively?
