I think about 3 liter, i don't really measure. I have ~2 cups of coffee and I drink about 1 liter at the gym in the AM, then about 1.5-2 at work (i have a 1.5 liter bottle on my desk), then when I get home probably another 0.5 liter..

i dont water only tea with soya milk all day i treid so hard but i hate it so much
