I'm going to lose 125lbs. Feel free to come along for the ride! I also encourage anyone who needs to lose 100+ pounds to join me and we can march down the road to health 1-2lbs per week at a time until we're where we want to be.

I haven't lost it yet - I'm going to. That's my goal, to be 125lbs lighter. However, I *was* 398lbs a few years ago and I'm now at 325lbs, so...I've lost a little bit already. I've hit a plateau and I figured it was time to start counting calories to see where I'm slipping up.

I have a back injury that really reduces the amount of exercise I can do, so I know what you mean about having a limited fitness regime. Losing 1-2lbs consistently is doable - you just have to keep the calories where they need to be - consistently!

I would like to have company while trying to lose 100+ lbs. I've always had a weight problem my whole life. With lower back issues and knee issues I have started my weight loss journey carefully. In the almost 2 months that I have been exercising, I haven't seen a huge weight-loss but I definitely have seen inches gone. I have also done my first 30 minute spin class and sh'bam dance class. I do weights and cardio at least 3 days a week and I love MFP for counting calories and really watching what I eat. I look forward to having friends along for this ride! I would love to ride along in this journey with you!

That's some amazing accomplishments Kimberlee! I too have severe lower back issues, thankfully my knees have been alright, but with a pair of lovely bone spurs on my ankles and some tiny cysts on my feet, even walking or standing for any length of time is agony. I've finally given up and gone to a specialist to check them out (which is when I found out about the spurs) and they're recommending me to use some special inserts and an ankle brace for awhile...we'll see how it does.

Personally, I'm just hoping we can get through moving into our new home soon so we can start hitting the indoor pool at the Y! I <3 swimming. It's one of the few exercises I can do without pain everywhere.

Not new to MFP, but I've been gone for almost two years.

The last time I was on, I was so motivated and the support I gained here was priceless. I lost 45 pounds and felt so healthy and strong.

Unfortunately, life got in the way and it all fell apart. But, I'm angry and on a mission. Time to take back control of my life. My main goals are to lose 80 pounds total and to complete a RUN DISNEY in 2017.

I will be on daily and am looking for buddies to help keep me motivated. I promise to do the same for you!

Send me a friend request if you are interested.

2017 is just around the corner - every decision we make is an important one when it comes to food and exercise. You can do it!

Hello!!! I have lost 35 pounds since July 2015. I still have about 95 more to go. For the last month or so I have lost motivation! I would love to have you as a friend to motivate and help hold me accountable!

Hello all, I'm about half way through my target to lose 100 lbs. ( or 45KG as i like to call it) It's been a rocky road and taken me longer than I thought it would. My age... apparently. But more likely loss of focus along the way.

Either way, on here now with vengeance to see me through to my target. all motivational friends welcome!

    Be Good!
