Hi everyone! I'm just trying to get as healthy as possible. My weight has always fluctuated because of start something, see results, and then quit. So I'm really trying to stick to this calorie counting and getting as healthy as possible for the police academy in the future (not too long from now) :) (19 yrs, 5"3 , 1,500cl/d)
