confused on chicken calories

Confused on boneless skinless chicken calories, when there is no nutritional information I count cooked breast as 1.65 cal/g

But I have deli chicken at 1.0 cal/g and fire roasted (on one side only) pre packaged chicken from Walmart that is 1.25 cal/g. How come those are so low, am I overestimating the nutritional value of chicken.

Also what cal/g is appropriate for chicken breast if you deep fried it in oil. Same question for pan fried chicken, how much oil does it absorb. Assume oil used is extra virgin olive oil.

I see KFC OR chicken breast listed as just 2.36 cal/g... so include skin, breading and oil and you only get 0.7 cal/g more... seems way to low, that or chicken breast is more like 1 not 1.65

I wish I could find a table of all cuts of meat across chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, rabbit, pork that is clear weather it includes bones or not and skin or not and a variety of cooking methods. Like a meat cheat sheet.

    Raw vs cooked.
Different cooking methods. Different ingredients it's cooked with.

The database has raw and cooked entries. And you can add oils, butters, spices etc you cook with. Or use the recipe builder.
