Progress Pics!

This is my results from the last 6 weeks, since I started working with a trainer at my gym in mid-january. I can't believe the difference already! My weight is the same in both pictures, but the one on the right is a 3% body fat loss. So, I guess it is true when they say the scale doesn't matter! The pic on the left was basically only cardio/running and low calories. The pic on the right incorporated strength training 3 days a week and cardio only 1 day a week, plus more calories. I focus less on calories now and more on hitting macros.
Can't wait to see what the next few months brings!

No, I don't work with him every day I am at the gym. I was seeing him one to two times per week, and on days i didn't see him he would tell me to do the workout again, or give me ideas for something else to do if it was too intense to do twice in a row. Now I have a pretty good arsenal of workouts written down from my time with him, so I just cycle through those.
My GF got me 8 sessions with him as a Christmas gift, and working with him has been AMAZING... so nice to have someone hold you accountable, look at your food diary and tell you where to make changes, push you, etc. I just signed up for 6 more sessions!0 -
That is definitely something I would love to do once im closer to my goal weight. Having others hold me accountable is a huge positive for me! Plus, I'd have no idea where to start :P0

That was a big problem for me, too. I wanted so badly to get into a good strength training routine, but unless I was following a video i had no clue where to start, and some of the programs I read online were just really intimidating. I didnt have time for like 90 minute workouts a day just on one body part. Plus, I was really scared of the "bro" weight section of the gym, hehe. Working with him has helped me figure all of that out, and conquer my fear of the weight section.0
