Hi! I am not new but it has been two years since I used My Fitness Pal. Gonna give it a whirl. I recently retired and woke up to the fact that being sedentary was not helping my health. So I joined Planet Fitness and a group on Facebook and with their encouragement I am pressing forward. So would be pleased to hear from any and all on my journey.
