Nursing mom coming back

Hi. I feel like this is my come back year. I gave birth around Halloween and I have 50 pounds to lose. I lost all the baby weight but I've been carrying this around with me for a while. I also have hormonal imbalance from PCOS and so low-carb high-protein generally seems to work for me best. I've been looking for a date to get started and I finally decided to log my food today and just go for it. Good luck everyone. I'm looking forward to feeling more full of energy again.
