can't get all my calories

Now that I'm eatting healthy I stay full and can't reach my calorie goal I'm frustrated when I dont diet I eat to much when I do I don't eat enough

So you did a 360? A healthy/sustainable diet includes foods you love...so eat something you like. Maybe you don't have to go low fat on your dairy, or have a less lean cut of meat. Cook with olive oil. etc.0

Calorie dense foods - olive oil, nuts, nut butters, avocado, eggs, full fat dairy.
How do your macros look? Are you getting enough protein and fat? If you are lacking both, you might include some higher fat meats (2 birds).0 -
