Do I have to completely cut unhealthy food from what I eat?
I'm not saying I'd eat unhealthy foods constantly or every day, but is it wrong to enjoy something unhealthy once in a while?

Nope. I eat chocolate or ice cream every day. I just make sure I stay under my calorie allotment (1930 calories per day currently) and I try to make sure I hit my protein macros for the day (145 grams).

No. What you need to do is learn what an actual portion of those foods looks like and see how to work it into your daily calories. If you go through your day and get all the nutrition your body needs and still have extra calories, have the cake or cookie or ice cream. Just make sure you measure out a single serving (or two, if you have the extra calories) and put the rest away.

Unless we are talking about foods you are allergic to - no foods are unhealthy (apart from burnt, moldy, rotten and poisonous foods, and not everybody will agree to that, either) - there are just unhealthy amounts. Use your food diary, let it teach you how to balance different foods to get the optimal mix of pleasure and enjoyment, lol, I mean nutrition. In fact, they are the same. "Healthy" food doesn't have to taste bad. Choose food you like; real food prepared correctly is heaven.
