Home-made Chili

Hi guys. I have a recipe for home made chili using spaghetti sauce and I am trying to figure out how to calculate the number of calories that are in it. When you have 3 cans of a specific item, how do you add the calories? Do you just combine all the information on them and put it in as one ingredient or what? I am also trying to figure out the number of servings and if you put the amount per serving in or the total amount of servings in the can. Can anyone help?

Weigh each ingredient as you add it. Input into recipe builder. Put final product on food scale and the weight in grams would be the servings. Say it weighs 2667 grams then you put has 2667 servings.0
