Low cal/fat intake...High carb frustration

I recently gave up meat. I normally would only eat chicken and turkey (and some seafood). Most suggested vegetarian recipes are pastas and beans...or all around high carb. It's been almost 2wks. I'm getting better!
I've been using this app consistently for almost two straight months, and today I'm WAY over my suggested carb intake. It's the beans and potatoes (red are my new faves). I'm wondering how much the carb change (with my vegetarian diet) will affect weight loss. Have any of y'all experienced this? I also started workout out three times a week. Hope that keeps me on track.

Unless you have actual medical issues it should have no effect. I eat high carb as a vegetarian too and habe no problems losing weight. I still try to get as much protein and fat as I can though, but don't stress out over it.0
