    In what time frame? A week or less? Normal fluctuations. A month? Then something with your logging is off.

    Are you close to the time of the month? Have you consumed something high in sodium? Did you weigh with food in your stomach? Have you recently started a new exercise program?

    You have been pushing yourself pretty hard since you started. To be honest, when you have large up or down swings in weight, it is usually related to water balance. Others have given you some suggestions as to what can increase water retention. Close to TOM, increased sodium the day before, new workout routines can all add to it.

    Have some patience. You'll get there.
