Maybe try moisture wicking clothes? Don't wear cotton if you sweat a lot as it holds a lot of moisture. Depending on where your rashes are, you could put on some kind of oil layer to keep moisture and heat from causing a rash. I hope I am understanding your issue...0

Moisture wicking and, this may sound weird, using an antiperspirant (the stick kind) on the areas that tend to get heat rash before they do. I swear by it in the summer. Just make sure you test on a small area of skin to make sure you aren't allergic to it. Also make sure to do it before it happens. I'm not sure using an antiperspirant on broken or inflamed skin is a good idea.
Edit to add: if it's not just heat rash but actual chafing the procedure may be different.0 -
Okay thanks. It's normally on my arms and wrists.0

In that case it's pretty easy! Depends where you work out, if it's at home and you own a pedestal fan, just turn it on when you workout to cool your skin down and help excess sweat to evaporate.0
