You know if you don't have an end goal in mind, but a new lifestyle goal in mind you can continue to love your food and not yo-yo so much

I am a 30 year veteran of yo-yoing
I'd strongly advise you stop doing it ... work on your maintenance plan, what are you going to do every day for the rest of your life to ensure that the weight you lose now is staying the heck away? Build those into your life now .. so if you like beer, ice-cream, chips, work out how to include beer, ice-cream, chips within your calorie allowance now in defecit and then later in maintenance you can have a little more0 -

My dad watched this today too ... and then promptly fell asleep afterwards for an hour on the sofa as he found the experience so exhausting. ^^
