Hello everyone,am decided to loose weight... I started physical exercises and am planning to cut sugar in my daily intakes

    Wow, you're just about on the other side of the world from me. Feel free to add me as a friend, if you want a partner who believes firmly in setting the right calorie limit, logging everything you eat, and hitting your calorie goal every day. Otherwise you'd probably find me very annoying! I'm not into macros or sugar or any of that other stuff, just calories in, calories out.

    My son in law is from Rwanda. What foods do you have readily available? I am thinking you have that soured milk which is very good, many fruits and vegetables, rice, chicken and eggs. What else do cook? Do you like the curries? How about injera?

    All good foods. You can lose weight eating the foods you are used to, only measuring out so you stay within your calories.
