Weight sneaking up

Over the past week I've seen a 1 pound gain (gradual increase on a daily basis). I was nearing maintenance. Im thinking about reducing my calories from a recent (about 3 weeks ago) increase to 1450 back to 1300. Im 62 and petite with a fairly sedentary life style. Good idea, yes or no and why?

    maintenance is finding your personal intake of calories. Keep playing with the numbers and watch your weight like you have been doing.

    I would give 1450 2 or 3 more weeks at least to see if the weight sticks around or creeps up more.

    How's your sodium intake been this week? Any higher than usual?

    can you be less sedentary? Add a daily walk, or bike, or swim?
