Joined MyFitnessPal summer of 2012; lost 45 pounds in over a year and was maintaining! But now I have regained the lost weight. However, despite doing what worked in 2012, I am pinned at my current weight (240). I am currently using my Breville to make juice for breakfast and lunch. I (try to!) eat a sensible dinner. My daily caloric intake is under 1,800.I walk for exercise but could do more. Anybody else been here? Suggestions? Thank you!
