MACROS

This week wasn't as good as pervious weeks. But I know what I did wrong. I need to get my carbs, fat and protein under control. I need to keep a close eye on my sodium also. I'm going to switch up my macros. I'm going to try the 40/30/30 split. It seems like the protein is calculated kind of high. It's saying I need 105 of protein. Does that seem to high? Where does everyone try to keep their sodium levels?

The reason that the protein is that high is that you told MFP to set it that high when you set the macros to 40/30/30 for your calorie goal.
105 grams of protein isn't super high but you certainly don't need to go that high if you don't wish to do so.
I use the default 50%C-20%P-30%F and that's satisfying for me.
As for sodium, I keep mine at or under 2400 mg per day.0 -
