With ya, sister!

I started using MFP 4-5 years ago. I'm also 5'2.5" and weighed in at 160 lbs. I lost 30 lbs in about 6 months mostly by counting calories. I did cut soda out of my diet and reduced a lot of the sweets & processed foods I was eating. I have kept the weight off these 4 years, give or take 5 pounds. My diet has been pretty bad this last year as I struggle with anxiety. I would like to lose another 8-10 pounds but can never seem to be strict enough with myself to get there. I'm glad to see so many girls shaped like me here.
