OK, two things I said I would do and have yet to go full force..... What holds us back..
Being lazy, procrastination, there's always tomorrow??
Eating more fish and laying off red meats and pork products??
1.) trying to buy more chicken, turkey and fish
Exercise more?? Once around the block? Not cutting it.
1.) Longer walks
Man, sometimes life is just sucky, especially when you work, get dinner on the table, chores....
OK, I want more time in the day!!!!
